Find the payment under Money → Billing (Ledger) or on the student's Financial section.

• Refund returns the money to the original card.
• Account credit adds a balance to the family that they can spend at the register or against a future charge — handy when you don't want money leaving your account.

Refunds and voids reverse the related invoice automatically so your books stay tied out.
