Members, guardians, memberships, ranks, and payment history land in your QuickKicks account. You check it against your roster before anything goes live.

Go live with us on call
You pick the go-live date and keep your old system running until then. We're on call through your first full billing cycle so nothing slips.
The honest part: your members' cards
We won't promise something that isn't true. Card details are never transferred between software systems, by anyone, because that's how payment security is supposed to work. So instead of a silent hand-off, we make re-collecting cards painless: your families get a one-click secure link to re-add their card, you can collect at the next visit, and we run it as a single campaign with you. We watch your first billing cycle to confirm every active member is set up before your old system goes away.
