Bring your students and families over

Import from Kicksite, Zen Planner, or a spreadsheet with a preview before anything saves.

!Bring your students and families over

Go to Admin → Settings → Import data. You can bring over students, families, memberships, and ranks.

  1. Export a CSV from your old system (we have guides for Kicksite and Zen Planner) or use our template.
  2. Upload the file — we auto-detect the source from its columns.
  3. Map any columns we couldn't match, then preview. Nothing is written until you approve it.
  4. Apply the import. Imported memberships come in as pending so you decide when billing starts.

Tip: import families first, then students, so children link to the right guardians automatically. Grandfathered pricing is preserved on imported memberships.
