Two places catch trouble early:

  • The Dashboard flags Past due, At risk (14d+ away), and Trials ending right up top.
  • Reports has A/R aging, autopay-off, and expiring-cards reports — so you can fix a lapsing card before it costs you a month of tuition.

Pair these with the Dunning queue and a win-back journey to recover members automatically.
