Design and send an email
Build a branded email with the drag-and-drop editor and reusable templates.

Go to Marketing → Communications → New. The editor lets you build a branded email visually — no HTML.
- Insert a clean link to any of your documents with the link picker.
- Save as template to reuse it next time.
- Schedule it to go out later instead of now.
Marketing email respects each family's unsubscribe status. To send from your own domain, verify it under Admin → Settings → Marketing sending domain.
