Marketing → Journeys runs automated, multi-step sequences. Start from a template (trial follow-up, lead nurture, win-back, birthday) or build your own.

  1. Pick a trigger (e.g. trial scheduled, lead created, birthday).
  2. Add steps — emails with waits between them, and branches.
  3. Publish. Matching people enroll automatically; they exit when the goal is met.

Journeys only send marketing email to families who haven't unsubscribed, so you stay compliant without thinking about it.
