!Add a student and link a guardian

From People → Students → Add, enter the student's details. To link the parent, add or select a guardian on the same form — this is who receives billing, notifications, and the parent portal login.

• One guardian can be linked to several children (a family).
• The linked guardian's card on file is what autopay charges.
• Use Send portal invite on the student or guardian page to give the parent app access.

Everything on the student page — attendance, belt level, financials, documents — hangs off this record.
