Put tuition on hold with an auto-resume, or end it cleanly with a reason.

!Freeze or cancel a membership
On the membership panel (student page or Money → Memberships):
- Freeze pauses billing with an optional automatic resume date — good for injuries or travel.
- Cancel ends it. Pick a reason from your list, and optionally remove the card on file and void any unpaid invoices in the same step.
- You can schedule a cancellation or plan change for a future date instead of doing it immediately.
Cancelling keeps the student's history intact for your records; it doesn't delete them.
