You don't have to figure out where MyStudio's export lives. Here's the path; we do the rest.

Pull the contacts export
Contacts, then Export, then All Contacts. Pick the full CSV. You'll get member and lead records together; we separate them.

Pull the transactions export
Reports, then Transactions, full date range. Export to CSV. This carries payment history per contact.

Send us both, plus your belt ladder
Email them to us with a note or screenshot of your rank ladder per program. We do the rest.

Leads and members come in together
MyStudio doesn't always cleanly separate trial leads from active members in exports. We split them during import so your QuickKicks lead pipeline starts clean and your roster only carries active accounts.
Badge-based rank becomes a real ladder
MyStudio's badge/award system maps to QuickKicks belt ranks. Each badge becomes a rank, in the order you specify. Students keep their highest badge as their current rank; future promotions land with full history.
Recurring billing recollects cards
MyStudio's billing engine doesn't share card vaults with Stripe Connect (QuickKicks). For security, families re-add their card via a one-click link before the next charge. We watch your first cycle.
Funnels and forms re-build
MyStudio's funnel pages stay on MyStudio if you want them; or we re-create the lead intake flow in QuickKicks public sign-up. Choose whichever is easier for you. We support both.
